Our Design Fee is $179/per hour, which includes personalized consultations, space planning, material selection, and project management.

On average, a typical room design can take between 35-50+ hours to complete, depending on the scope of the project.

WHAT SHOULD MY BUDGET BE?
To ensure that we can provide the highest level of service and attention to detail, we recommend that our clients have a minimum budget of $50K for their project.

To ensure a smooth and stress-free design process, we bill our clients on a monthly basis.

We have a confessed passion for maximalist design. However, as you can see from our portfolio, we're not one-trick ponies!

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS?
On average, a single room design project can take around 6 months to completed. For each additional room, you can expect to add a minimum of 3 months to the timeline.

WHEN CAN WE START?
Depending on our current project workload, we can typically begin your design journey within a few days of receiving a signed contract and retainer deposit.

Communication is key to a successful design project. We recognize that everyone is busy and has different ways of staying organized, so we adapt our communication approach to fit the daily life of our clients.

We believe in tackling problems head-on, no beating around the bush. If an issue arises during the design process, we'll address it promptly and transparently keeping you informed every step of the way.

We're a multi-disciplinary team with many roles, but when it comes to communicating with our design clients, Andrew is your direct point of contact.

We're not limited by geography. While our roots are in Winter Park, FL, we're happy to travel and work in many other locations both domestic and international.
